Class Schedule


HIIT & Lift

HIIT & Lift is a cardio-driven class that pairs high-intensity intervals with lighter strength work. Short bursts of effort keep your heart rate elevated while resistance exercises help build lean muscle and endurance. This class is fast-paced, sweaty, and designed to maximize calorie burn in a short amount of time. Great for anyone looking for an efficient, high-energy workout that pushes conditioning first.

Yoga Flow

Enjoy this 45 minute relaxing and restorative yoga class as our experienced yoga coach guides you through various sequences to loosen your hips, shoulders and full body. Focused breathwork and mindful practices will have you heading into your afternoon feeling fresh and rejuvenated!

Mat Pilates

A low-impact, core-focused class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize the body. Using controlled movements and mindful breathing, Mat Pilates targets deep core muscles while improving posture, balance, and flexibility. Expect slow burns, small but powerful movements, and muscles you didn’t know you had. You’ll leave feeling stronger, taller, and surprisingly worked.

The Blend

A dynamic, full-body class that combines strength, power, and cardio into one balanced workout. Each session features a rotating mix of functional strength, athletic movement, and conditioning to keep things fresh and engaging. Expect variety, smart programming, and a steady build in intensity. Perfect for those who want a little bit of everything without the all-out pace of HIIT.

Total Strength Circuit

A strength-focused, full-body circuit built around foundational lifts and controlled movement. This class prioritizes proper form, intentional tempo, and progressive loading to help you build real, long-term strength. Expect minimal cardio and plenty of rest between stations so you can lift with purpose. Ideal for anyone looking to get stronger, move better, and feel confident in the weight room.
