The NBC Wellness Centre offers National Bank Centre tenants convenient access to a modern fitness space designed to support movement, health, and overall wellbeing throughout the workday.
The facility features a variety of cardio and strength equipment, functional training areas, and opportunities to participate in group fitness classes, wellness challenges, and wellness programming throughout the year.
Whether you’re fitting in a quick workout before work, during lunch, or after hours, the Wellness Centre is here to help you stay active and energized.

NBC Wellness is exclusively for the use of tenants within the National Bank Centre. We offer 5 classes / week at 12:05pm, FREE for tenants.
Our wellness centre is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and an onsite Fitness Concierge from 8am - 4pm. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Join us today and start your fitness journey!
